Is located in the outer marina right in front of The Boston Yacht Haven Inn and Marina Office
facing Boston Harbor at the end of Commercial Wharf.

Parking

• Many parking lots in the area.  Lewis Wharf Parking is the closest.

From in the City

• Follow the Harbor Walk in front of Christopher Columbus Park behind American Joe's Restaurant.
• Take a right and walk through the parking lot along side the marina. This is the beginning of Commercial Wharf.
• Walk all the way to the end of Commercial Wharf. Boston Yacht Haven Inn & Marina will be right in front of you.
• When you reach this point call Captain Chris at (781) 591-9783.  He will escort you to the Duchess.

From the North

• I-93 SOUTH
• Take RT-1A exit, EXIT 24B-A, toward AIRPORT/GOV'T CTR
• Take EXIT 24A toward GOV'T CTR
• Turn LEFT onto JOHN F FITZGERALD SURFACE RD
• Take the 1st LEFT onto MERCANTILE ST.  If you reach STATE ST you've gone too far.
• MERCHANTILE ST becomes ATLANTIC AVE
• Turn RIGHT onto COMMERCIAL WHARF

From the West

• I-90 EAST
• Take the I-93 SOUTH exit, EXIT 24A-B-C, on the left toward QUINCY/S.STATION/CONCORD NH
• Merge onto I-93 N/US-1 N/RT-3/THOMAS P TIP O'NEILL JR TUNL via EXIT 24B toward CONCORD NH
• Take EXIT 23 toward GOV'T CTR 
• Turn slight left to take GOV'T CTR  ramp toward FANEUIL HALL/FINANCIAL DISTRICT/AQUARIUM
• Turn LEFT onto JOHN F FITZGERALD SURFACE RD
• MERCHANTILE ST becomes ATLANTIC AVE
• Turn RIGHT onto COMMERCIAL WHARF

From the South

• I-93 NORTH
• Take EXIT 23 toward GOV'T CTR 
• Turn slight left to take GOV'T CTR  ramp toward FANEUIL HALL/FINANCIAL DISTRICT/AQUARIUM
• Turn LEFT onto JOHN F FITZGERALD SURFACE RD
• MERCHANTILE ST becomes ATLANTIC AVE
• Turn RIGHT onto COMMERCIAL WHARF
